Titans make Guard the highest paid in NFL history

Tennessee signed left guard Peter Skoronski to a four-year, $100 million contract extension Friday, including $88 million guaranteed. The deal makes the former first-round pick the highest-paid guard in NFL history.

Skoronski has developed into exactly the player the Titans envisioned when they selected him with the 11th overall pick in the 2023 NFL Draft. After becoming an immediate starter, he has emerged as one of the league's premier interior offensive linemen, starting every game over the past two seasons while playing every offensive snap for the Titans last year.

"This is a tremendous blessing," Skoronski said. "From the moment I got here, this is where I wanted to be."
